WELLAND, Ontario, August 15, 2004 - From its established foothold in the bed and breakfast reservation service industry, ACTION Corporation announces an important new contract for its affiliate All Niagara Internet.

Through its licensing arrangement with All Niagara Internet for the GuestServe reservation system, ACTION Corporation will be adding 130 new customers in a multi-year contract to the B&B capital of North America, Niagara-on-the-Lake, said President Paul Tomori.

We will also be setting the stage for the cross-promotion of our other five service lines to this eager new market. In anticipation of winning this contract, ACTION has further advanced its GuestServe B&B Version to provide real-time availability searches across hundreds of participating properties.

We have also increased the number of self-managed tools that prospective system users will have at their fingertips for the purpose of managing portal listings of their B&B services. Additionally, GuestServe has been outfitted for a syndication of its customer base to customer's personal websites and our other managed portals.
